What BOS is
What is BOS?
A business operating system built around a CRM: the records, the process that governs them, the analysis over them, and a way to ask questions of all three.
How is it different from a standard CRM?
A standard CRM records what happened. BOS also enforces the process, so a step that needs a decision gets one before work moves on.
Your data and its security
Is my data separated from other customers?
Yes. Separation is enforced in the database rather than only in application code, and the service refuses to start if the database role it is given could bypass that separation.
Do you hold a security certification?
No. We hold no third-party certification or attestation today, and we have not published a penetration test. What is in place, and what is not.
What is ready, and how it works
What is ready today?
BOS CRM and its analytics. Other domains are in development and are not offered for sale.
Does BOS use AI?
Not in the generative sense. BOS Intelligence answers questions about your own CRM records. There is no external model provider and your data is not sent to one.
Getting started
Can we bring our existing CRM data?
Yes. BOS includes a migration capability for CRM records, run as a reviewed job we walk through with you rather than an unattended upload.
What does it cost?
BOS is quoted per engagement. What shapes the figure.
